The Children's Educator Course is an 8-module course built for children's church teachers, Sunday school educators, ministry leaders, and church workers who want to effectively engage children ages 0-7.

This is not a "fun ideas for kids church" course. This is educator training, rooted in child development, discipleship theology, and practical classroom excellence.

What You Will Learn:

Why you were called to this work — and how to lead from that conviction, not just duty
Why the formative years (0–7) are the most significant window in a child's spiritual and developmental life
How your own formation as a teacher shapes everything you bring into the room
How to regulate yourself so you can lead regulated, safe, connected children
What genuine discipleship looks like, and how to go beyond teaching delivery
How to disciple with a transgenerational mindset, connecting what you teach to what families carry
How to use the Educator's Framework to plan, structure, and sustain your ministry practice
How to organise a classroom environment that forms children, not just houses them
How to welcome children in a way that makes every child feel expected, seen, and safe
